DALE CHAPMAN with CHRIS JORDAN
Join us for the first of our trilogy of feasts under the stars, and celebrate the ancient native foods of our First People.
We’re honoured to welcome First Nation Chefs Aunty Dale Chapman from My Dilly Bag and Chris Jordan from Three Little Birds, who will share the vibrant flavours of the bush and showcase the cuisine of the oldest living culture in the world. Enjoy a yarn across the table with new friends while you sample delicious ingredients foraged, harvested and grown by Aboriginal communities. Satiate your appetite for community and culture at this inaugural feast on the foreshore at Burleigh.
“I believe that it is through sharing delicious Australian native foods, yarning and learning about traditional knowledge that honours our past and builds respect and joy into our future.”
– Dale Chapman, My Dilly Bag
