LUCY GUERIN INC
Presented by BLEACH*
Witness archival video documentation exploring time, space and movement in this 21-screen installation from Lucy Guerin Inc’s past works.
Alongside NEWRETRO: DUETS, this extensive archive showcases a remarkable lifelong body of work from Guerin’s 21-year career.
Lucy Guerin Inc (LGI) is an Australian dance company established in Melbourne in 2002 to create and tour new dance works. The company has been based at its own venue, WXYZ Studios in North Melbourne, since 2018.
This event is a series of primarily visual dance works that are presented on screens. Each work has an accompanying sound or music track that can be listened to via the provided headphones. However, audiences are free to enjoy the works without headphones.
Audience members with the need to avoid certain types of subject matter/content, or certain sensory stimulus they would prefer to avoid, should connect with the Festival Access Team Member on-site, who can assist with further information about each work.
