The epicentre of the festival’s dance and physical theatre program, the HOTA Hub is an explosion of movement, music and theatre that shouldn’t be missed.

There are performances from two of Australia’s award-winning ensembles – Lucy Guerin Inc and the internationally acclaimed Gravity and Other Myths ensemble, a 24-hour dance marathon staged on the HOTA lake, immersive installations and rooftop soirees. This jam-packed program is one for the first weekend only, tickets available on the BLEACH* website.

To maximise your festival experience we recommend you plan ahead.  To help you do so here are some tips to keep happy and healthy during your visit.

Planning your visit to the BLEACH* Hub at Burleigh

  • plan your visit early and be comfortable for changes in the weather
  • limited seating available, bring beach chair or blanket
  • water station / bubbler on site so bring your own water bottles
  • plenty of amenities
  • food and beverage available from our BLEACH* Club located in centre of the Hub in Justins park
  • recycling and waste stations will be visible across the parkland
  • Wheelchair access and accessible toilet
Parking
  • Visit the City of Gold Coast Parking at Burleigh web page for information on what parking areas are metered and unmetered
  • There are over 430 free and untimed spaces along the beachfront between First Avenue and Kelly Avenue.
  • All beachfront parking north of First Avenue is free and unrestricted.
  • Paid parking applies to a small number of spaces on the beachfront at Goodwin Terrace
  • All day parking is available at Alex Black Carpark, to a maximum of $5 per day.
