Ambassador Program

The Role

• Welcome festival patrons, offering information about what’s on and assisting with program information.
• Provide a welcome smile and assist festival patrons with registration. Assist the front-of-house crew with welcoming & seating of patrons.
• This role also includes collecting surveys & voting forms, water, sunscreen and hand sanitiser, general help and putting on a welcome smile.
• Our BLEACH* Ambassador role is predominately customer service focused with some assistance & general help and support for set up and pack down of various elements of the festival site where required.
• Some lifting and other walking tasks will be part of the role including standing for periods of time. 

We would encourage people to apply who are happy to be in close proximity to the general public and very conscious of working with the guidelines we will need to operate in this year.  BLEACH* will supply a uniform (t-shirt and PPE).
