GRAVITY & OTHER MYTHS
Presented by BLEACH*

GRAVITY & OTHER MYTHS
Presented by BLEACH*

Forget everything you thought you knew about the circus, because South-Australian performance group Gravity & Other Myths are challenging the genre with their acrobatic virtuosity, unique storytelling, genuine humour and physical prowess.

In a Queensland-first, festival-goers will experience Playbook, an immersive performance that highlights how quickly we move through life – both on our own and with those around us. The ensemble moves with complete unity, using their bodies, sound and portable lighting to amplify their connection to each other through acrobatic virtuosity. You can catch performances of Playbook at our North Burleigh and Broadbeach festival hubs. And for diehard physical theatre fans, check out GOM’s award winning The Mirror, at HOTA.

“The Australian company proves once more that they belong to those who define the state of art in the New Circus genre.”
