FRONT OF HOUSE PICKS 🌏: Tips from the show experts!
BLEACH* at Broadbeach is a festival within a festival, with over 22 shows, performing 56 times over 3 stellar nights. So we thought you might need some help building the perfect evening 💙🖤
🎉 A good night out starts with a simple step, at 5pm make your way to the Broadbeach Hub, grab a cool drink, and watch the delightful house band The Snack playing one of their free sets.
After you’ve settled in our festival hub, at 5:30pm make sure to save a seat for Hard to Reach Places – Anna Lumb is Raw and divinely authentic combining circus, movement, and wicked dark humour.
After an emotional roller coaster, join a crowd of spectators on the bank of the Nerang River at 7pm, for an intimate concert. Performing on a floating stage, this dusk show performed by Claire Edwards / Shugorei / Yirinda, will be an intimate sonic experience through headphones as the lights from the neighbouring buildings shimmer towards you.
After a lovely break, we reckon you’re ready for more. At 8:30, after a drink and a bite at our food trucks and bar, jump straight back into it with Yummy Iconic, a decadent blend of breathtaking burlesque, sensational circus, and outrageous drag acts.
Enjoy the effects of an ecstatic night out with your friends, share your stories and favourite moments, maybe one of you was invited on stage, with a final drink on our beautiful BLEACH* blue couches, under warm dim lighting. This night was one to remember.
See you there 💙🖤
